We are an equal opportunities company committed to and encourage the professional development of our staff and offer in-house work based training to gain NVQ level status to individuals who are passionate about the landscaping industry. Some of our current management staff have worked their way up to their current role via our in house training schemes. We also look for individuals who have demonstrated their interest in the landscaping industry by gaining formal qualifications themselves.

In the past we have incorporated various government training initiatives of which the European funded 'Adapt' was particularly beneficial as it allowed our employees to participate in training abroad to give them an insight into how our European counterparts carry out their landscaping projects.

Soft Landscaping Supervisor

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced soft landscaper in a supervisory capacity to lead a landscaping team and carry out works efficiently and to a very high standard. Works will include preparing ground, planting, turfing and other soft landscaping work.

The successful applicant must have a full driving licence, be able to set out and work from landscaping plans, hold a CSCS card, NVQ or equivalent and have a positive work attitude. Some plant knowledge would be preferred.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to further their training where needed.

Yardman/ Mechanical Maintenance Fitter Required

We are currently looking to recruit a yardman. Applicants must have experience of yard work in the landscaping/ construction industry, goods inwards and in maintaining, repairing machinery. Teleporter qualification is an advantage.

The successful applicant must have a full driving licence and will be responsible for yard security and general tidiness. Hours of works will be 40hrs+ (6:30am starts).

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to further their training where needed.
